Policy of IP Malkov D.V. regarding selective verification of orders.

1. General Provisions
Due to the increasing number of cases of ordering services for illegal purposes (malware, botnet controllers, etc.), IP Malkov D.V. (hereinafter referred to as the Provider) announces a policy of selective verification of questionable orders to protect its networks and bona fide customers from possible problems.
2. Verification Procedure
2.1. At the request of the Provider, the Subscriber undertakes to provide the following information:
2.1.1. A copy of the identity document;
2.1.2. Mobile phone number in international format;
2.1.3. In certain cases:
2.1.3.1. A photo of the identity document against the background of the website https://virtualdc.ru/ ;
2.1.3.2. A link to the profile on social networks.
2.2. At the request of the provider, provide access to a virtual or dedicated server.
3. Refusal of the verification procedure
3.1. In case of refusal to undergo the verification procedure, or ignoring the request to undergo the verification procedure, the Provider has the right to suspend the suspicious service after 24 hours from the moment the request for verification is made.
3.2. In case of suspension of the suspicious service, the service is deleted within 24 hours.
4. Privacy Policy
4.1. Personal data obtained during the verification procedure are processed in accordance with Appendix No. 1 to this offer agreement.
5. Refund Policy
5.1. In the event of the events listed in paragraphs 3.1 and 3.2 of this policy, funds are not refundable.
